All seafarers are selected based on our competency management system, ensuring they are well-equipped for their assignments. Prior to joining a vessel, top officers and engineers undergo face-to-face interviews with our ship management team to assess their suitability. Following selection, they spend time at our office to thoroughly understand the owner’s instructions and the Safety Management System, interacting with our Marine and Technical Superintendents for ship-specific familiarization and planning.
